Nate is a Principal in Strategos' Chicago office who brings a passion for enabling innovation through organizational and process transformation. During ten years of experience in new product development, strategic planning, and consulting, he has driven change through both process design and new growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Strategos, Nate worked at Brunswick Corporation's recreational boat division, leading development of new boat models for the Sea Ray and Bayliner brands. Most recently, Nate served as Director of Portfolio Planning, implementing processes for collecting customer insight and chartering new boat development projects.

Nate holds an MBA (with high honors) from the University of Chicago, and a BS (with honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
