Carl is a Principal at Strategos who brings over 25 years of innovation experience. Most recently, Carl was Program Director at SIMI (Scandinavian International Management Institute) where he designed and taught innovation to European executives

Prior to Simi Carl worked for 25 years at Nestlé, where he was most recently R&D Director and Innovation Leader of the Nestlé Food business responsible for designing and leading innovation efforts.

Apart from his corporate career and consulting, Carl has built successful private businesses. He has extensive international experience and has developed projects and organizations in the United States, India, and Europe. He has lived in France, the United States, and Switzerland. Carl holds a Master's degree in Management and currently resides in Sweden.
