Prior to joining Strategos, Álvaro was a manager at Mind Capital and Tracy & Proudfoot Consulting where he designed and managed projects in the areas of strategic and organizational analysis, as well as being responsible for the development of strategic innovation training programs. His background in consultancy, working with Cap Gemini and launching IT startup companies, is in strategic planning of information systems, process reengineering and ERPs implementation. Nowadays, Alvaro focuses his work on the development of business solutions & people, change & knowledge management, and leading clients through strategic thinking.

Alvaro holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Deusto (Bilbao) and holds one master degree in Consulting and Implementation of Information Systems and another in Strategy and Innovation Management. Recently he completed his post-graduate degree in Organizations and Territories Foresight and Strategy. Alvaro speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
