Mercy Salaz is a Network Partner with Strategos and has over twenty years of experience challenging companies to build innovative growth strategies by assessing core capabilities, energizing employee creativity and defining clear action plans.

Mercys primary experience is in the solid waste management and financial services industries where she developed not only significant strategy experience but also extensive functional expertise in financial planning and corporate finance. Most recently, Mercys strategy work was with a large services company leading their strategic teams in developing migration paths necessary to achieve significant cultural change over multiple year horizons. Mercy partnered with leadership to clearly articulate change needed for full customer engagement.

Mercy has a bachelors in classics from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia.
