Cate Newnes-Smith is a London based network partner with fifteen years' experience in industry and consulting. Cate spent eight years' at Reuters, the global business information company, managing the delivery of mission critical systems to global banks. For the past five years, Cate has focused on turning strategic intent into action through re-energising and engaging staff throughout the organisation. While she started out in the IT and media industry, the principles that she uses apply to all businesses and she now has extensive experience in a wide range of industries, from telecommunications to marketing, from food processing to not for profit. She has a degree in Electronic Engineering from Imperial College and an MBA from Cranfield University.
